RESEARCH RESPONDENT EXPLANATION AND TERMS

GET PAID FOR ANSWERING QUESTIONNAIRE – We carryout research survey for individual & corporate entities. The research survey entails the use of a number of research instruments. At times there is a budget for awarding payments to respondents who participate by appropriately filling questionnaires, responding to telephone interviews etc. We carry-out research survey for individual & corporate entities. At times there is a budget for awarding payments to respondents who participate by appropriately filling questionnaires, responding to telephone interviews etc. Respondents should note that the AMOUNT being offered would be indicated in the email that will be sent or stated in the conversation (where not indicated, it should be implied that there is no payment offered for that research survey). DEADLINE for response would also be indicated (failure to meet-up with deadline nullifies participation; where deadline is not indicated it is implied that response is to be sent back before the end of the day questionnaire is received) CHARGES are applicable for immediate demand for payment after responding appropriately to research survey which have payment benefit (it should not take longer than 7working days for your payment less charges to hit your bank account). Charges on payment reduce by 25% for each 31days period the payment is not demanded (by 124days your demand for that payment will be free of charges). INAPPROPRIATELY FILLED RESEARCH SURVEY or uncooperative/inconclusive/inappropriate response would be deemed as no participation & thus not eligible for payment. ICPP EXPLANATION

Before you rent out your property, try asking other landlords/property managers what they know about your nice looking tenant, who might just be wolf in sheep clothing. ICPP (Information Community for Property owners and Property managers) can help you with this information for free, and you too can help other landlords/property managers through the same platform. The ICPP platform is accessible through the link at your far right on the homepage window. Once you are registered and your registration is approved, you can begin to exchange information by yourself on the platform using your username & password through the link. However if for some reason you are yet to accustom to the use of the link, WTIG has made available a customer care representative to help you conduct information search/submissions. Just send an email stating the ICPP Customer Care Help Search Code: Mar-2-17-2018-A (Please note that this code changes from time to time). Surname, First-name, Middle-name of the entity/person you intend a search on. Please use the email you stated in the ICPP registration form. These are the simple steps involved in the use of Information Community for Property owners & Property managers (ICPP) platform to get information on a prospective tenant.

The need to know more about the entity you want to give possession of your real estate for rental purpose cannot be overemphasized. ICCP provides the platform for you and other subscribers to exchange information on prospective tenant before you let out your property.

STEP2 – As a registered member you have access to interact with the platform to get & give information.

 

Registered members can log-in at https://wtiggroup.com/index.php/rm_login/ so as to conduct a search on prospective’ by typing in their name(s) to get information concerning the names from others on the platform. Below is a screen shot of the search page depicting where the name to be searched is to be typed in and the search button besides the window is clicked for search to be carried out.
