Comparative analysis of WTIG Survey & INEC Data

The data gathered from the WTIG survey Jan 2019 & the INEC election 2019 data were analysed with result of analysis showing strong correlation

INEC 2019 election data for the States of concern shows the following –

Ogun State – Total Registered Voters = 2,336,887. Total Votes Cast = 605,938 %Average of voters = 25.93%

Lagos State- Total Registered Voters = 6,313,507. Total Votes Cast = 1,156,590 %Average of voters = 18.32%

Oyo State – Total Registered Voters = 2,796,542. Total Votes Cast = 891,080 % Average of voters = 31.86%

FCT/Abuja – Total Registered Voters = 1,335,015. Total Votes Cast = 451,408 % Average of voters = 33.81%

Osun State – Total Registered Voters = 1,674,729. Total Votes Cast = 731,882 % Average of voters = 43.70%

Combined %Average of the INEC 2019 election data = 30.72%

Combine %Average of the WTIG Survey Jan 2019 = 30.99% (willingness to vote)
